A couple of days ago 25,000 people took part in a phone call sponsored by Indivisible and the ACLU. One of the action items discussed was to contact senators in regards to specific appointments and the ban on Muslims and refugees. I haven’t been able to get through on the phone for days so I’ve been contacting senators via email. A friend of a friend, Oren Sofer (http://www.orenjaysofer.com/), was on that call with Indivisible and the ACLU and created a letter (letter template) that I have broken up into seven emails that you can copy, paste and send, TODAY! (I broke them up because I have read that single-issue emails are most effective; I think it makes it easier to tally?)
**Update 2-10-17: I have added emails objecting to the bill to defund Planned Parenthood, Andy Puzder's nomination, Jay Clayton's nomination, and Conway's advertisement of Ivanka's clothing line.
**Update 2-2-17: Harris and Feinstein have both committed to voting no on DeVos. I removed the email related to her and added one on investigating conflicts of interest and another one on opposing Gorsuch.
